  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using ForksnFingers (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ForksnFingers is an AI-powered food recommendation service that helps you decide between cooking at home and ordering food based on your personal preferences. All recommendations are AI-generated and are for informational purposes only.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

  1. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS

ForksnFingers offers a Premium subscription with the following terms:

  • Plan: Premium
  • Price: €2.99 per month
  • Billing: Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: Charged to your payment method on file via Stripe
  • Cancellation: Cancel at any time through Settings → Manage Account. Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  1. PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment card details are stored securely on Stripe’s servers — we do not store or have access to your complete payment information. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

  1. AI RECOMMENDATIONS DISCLAIMER

Meal and food recommendations provided by the App are generated by AI algorithms and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for specific dietary or health needs.

  1. DIETARY & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

Although your dietary preferences and allergies are stored in your profile, you must independently verify all recipe and ingredient information before consuming any food. We are not liable for allergic reactions, dietary violations, or health issues resulting from following App recommendations.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may reference or link to external food delivery services, restaurants, or retailers. We are not responsible for the content, quality, pricing, or customer service of these third-party services. All third-party transactions are governed by the respective service’s own terms and conditions.

  1. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account. Upon initiating deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may cancel the deletion request within that 30-day window by logging back in. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App
  • Be solely responsible for all activity under your account
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, code, and design within the App are the property of ForksnFingers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForksnFingers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
